About Birch Care
About Birch Care
Birch Care was created from lived experience.
Our founder was seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident and experienced both physical and mental health challenges. During his recovery, he relied on support services and quickly realised how little choice and control he had over his daily life.
That experience shaped the heart of Birch Care.
Birch Care was built to restore dignity, freedom and confidence, giving people real choice in how they live, what they do and who supports them.
Today, Birch Care is a proud NDIS Registered Provider supporting people aged 5 to 65 across the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads , Logan, Beenleigh, Ipswich, Brisbane and Beaudesert.

We believe everyone deserves equal opportunities to participate in their community, build relationships and enjoy meaningful activities.
We offer a wide range of free group based experiences such as:
- Community outings

- Arts, crafts and creative programs
- Fitness and wellbeing activities
- Social groups and life skills programs
All programs are tailored to meet reasonable and necessary NDIS goals. We do our best to accommodate individual needs and when something sits outside our scope, we work closely with trusted service providers to ensure participants are referred to the right supports.
Promoting Independent Living
Every participant receives a personalised support plan built around their goals, preferences and lifestyle.
Our team works closely with families and participants to ensure the right level of care is provided at the right time. We regularly review each participant profile so we can continue delivering the best possible support and help people live as independently as possible.
